The new year is fast approaching, and we are already getting hints of what we can expect from LEGO in the new year. Today, we are seeing some pictures of what the new year would bring, thanks to the recently released LEGO catalog. Let’s dive in and see what LEGO has in store for us.

We’ve already had a hint of some of the new LEGO entrants for 2021. However, the new catalog is bringing in some new additions. Mind you, this catalog is specifically for the New Zealand market, so expect some differences in release dates and prices in other regions. The catalog contains a 92-page flier, of which a good number of it is made up of various builds.
While some of the builds are classics, others are new in the market. A new Creator 3-in-1 Space Mining Mech will join the popular Wild Lion Build. However, the overall collection looks good, and it will be a popular choice upon release.
We are also getting a full view of the new Ninjago line up, with different vehicles, mechs, and playset. The Aztec-based design will be wildly acclaimed. Details of the price are still unknown, but we expect the prices not to deviate from the current model.
LEGO will also add a new Minecraft build to the 2021 collection in addition to the expanded Dots theme. A closer look at the catalog shows some exciting builds and more.
We’ve got hints of some of the additions to the collection. But the catalog offers a better view of some of the collection. There are close up shots of the new Star Wars Tie Fighter and X-Wing. There are also lots of Marvel works in addition to Technic.
Verdict
Builders would love the new creations in the 2021 collection. One of the biggest news coming out is the mouthwatering release schedule. We still don’t keep if the price and release date in New Zealand will be applicable to other regions. Nonetheless, we expect the new collection to come in between January and March.
In recent years, we’ve seen a more sizeable release from LEGO before welcoming other additions in the spring. But we don’t expect this new catalog to follow the same pattern. We are expecting a new Star Wars collection in March, so hopefully, we would get a reveal soon.
